We are based in the Brizlincote Valley in Burton-On-Trent and provide IT Support, primarily  to Home Users, in Burton-On-Trent, Swadlincote, Woodville, Ashby-De-La-Zouch and surrounding areas. No job is too small and we offer a 'No Fix - No Fee'  service, and can usually offer a 24/48 hour turnaround, so please give us a call if you have a problem.

Windows 10 End Of Life

As most people will be aware, Microsoft will be ending support for Windows 10 on the 14th October 2025. At the same time they will stop supporting Office 2016 and Office 2019.

Millions of computers worldwide do not meet the stringent hardware requirements that Microsoft are imposing in order to upgrade to Windows 11. If you fall into this category then the good news is that you do not need to ditch your current PC and buy a new one. You do have options that will allow you to either safely continue to run Windows 10, or install a slightly modified version of Windows 11 that bypasses these hardware requirements. The latter option is perfectly legitimate, and Microsoft do allow it, although they (and all of the computer manufacturers and retailers) would prefer you to go and buy a new PC. But just because Microsoft would prefer you to buy a new PC that does not mean you have to !!

You also have the option of converting your computer to a Chromebook, running ChromeOS Flex, or to a Linux system, running something like Linux Mint or Zorin OS.
